CRAFTMANSHIP AND INNOVATION: MADE IN ITALY
Equiline Saddles are made in Italy by skillful, master craftsman. Each saddle is hand-made which gives an added value of uniqueness to each product. The expertise of our craftsmen and their ability to get the best out of leather combined with attention to detail is what makes the final product so special. Each saddle showcases fine Italian craftmanship, technique and a product that creates a close contact feel between the rider and horse.
SADDLE TECHNOLOGIES
In Equiline Saddle Division, tradition and innovation combine with new materials developed with the latest technology such as: thermosensitive synthetic fibers with memory, gel pads and high resistance rubbers. These technologies result in a collection designed for great performance. A perfect mix of materials and construction knowledge combined with a constant collaboration between professional veterinarians and osteopaths for the creation of “a saddle for two”, capable of combining comfort and perfect balance for both the horse and the rider.
THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHERS
The work of masterful craftsmen combined with the use of excellent quality and functional raw materials make the Equiline Saddle Division stand out. All hand made in Italy, the saddles are constructed with soft full-grain calfskin that is oiled to guarantee optimal grip. The leather is exclusively vegetable tanned, obtaining the use of natural tannins. These processes require the slow passage of time, during which the raw hides are elevated to a durable and valuable material, with total respect for the environment. Vegetable tanning is the most classic, natural and ecological way that also gives particular characteristics to the leather, transforming each saddle into a unique piece.
CUSTOM-MADE SADDLES
All Equiline saddles are born equipped with trees made of Coreshield technology, IGS (Integrated Gel System) and, depending on the model, Flap Grip Technology (FGT). Each saddle can also be customized to best respond to the rider’s needs for trim and riding style, respecting the morphology and well-being of the horse. Equiline saddles can be measured with particular attention to every detail: Seat size, depending on the rider’s size; Opening of the withers, depending on the morphology of the horses; Length of the flaps, depending on the height of the rider; Projection of the flaps, depending on the riding style; and the choice of custom panels, T-Flex, (foam), Synthetic Wool or Techno Air Panel (combination of synthetic foam and wool).
