Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing Equiline. We want you to be fully delighted with your purchase; if it isn’t checking ‘all of the boxes’ here are our guidelines for returns:

Returns: You have 20 days from date of purchase to return for refund, exchange or store credit. All sale items are final sale.

To be eligible for return all item(s) must be in original, like-new condition, unused with all tags in place, and in original packaging. Please contact us at 561.880.8920 or [email protected] to request a Return Authorization number. For your protection, send returns insured and with tracking.

Refunds: Full price items are eligible for refund, exchange or credit. Sale items are FINAL sale.

We will inspect item(s) upon return to assess condition. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or initial method of payment. In case of exchange, we will send your new item(s) via FedEx Ground service. Returns receiving store credit will be notified with a credit note receipt via email.

Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Fees for returning the item(s) are at your expense.

Damages: Equiline products carry a limited warranty. If goods are damaged in transit please send us photos of damaged packaging and contents so we can process a claim with the shipping carrier. If the products have other imperfections, please contact us directly within 30 days of purchase and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
