We work with a wide network of wholesalers, both those who travel for shows and those with local storefronts, like RIDE in Bedford, NY. We had the chance to sit down with them to discuss why they’re passionate about carrying Equiline products.

Do you attend any horse shows? If so, which ones?
“Not any longer, we decided it was better for us to stay in one location and be online than go to the shows.”
How long have you carried Equiline?
“10+ years”
What inspired you to carry Equiline?
“Best of the best- I used a significant amount of my open to buy $$ to secure the Equiline account at a time when many locals did not know of or recognize the brand. SO many people said, ‘you won’t make it’ when we opened without carrying Tailored Sportsman or Pikeur, but I was always looking toward the future, and for me, that was Equiline.”
What are some of your favorite Equiline products and why?
“We love Equiline as a core brand because of the quality, and consistency– the breeches such as Ash, Summer Ash, BrendaK, and now Ernaek are some of our favorites- the showjackets as well. We also love the custom saddle pads, and horse apparel.”
Do your customers have a favorite product?
“Yes, currently Ernaek Breeches.”
Does your staff have a favorite product?
“Cavac Black Vest from FW25 current collection”
What has been your favorite Equiline collection? Why?
“Oh too many to count, but we really loved those cool jackets with the contrast inside and zipper- it was called the Equiline Audrey Women’s Packable Down Jacket – not sure what collection but those and the vests sold out and I still cherish mine til this day- It may have been from 2015 or so.”
What would you like to see in future Equiline collections? Any specific colors or products in mind?
“In general, there have been a lot of similar silhouettes in the most recent collections, compared to years ago where from season to season the pieces really stood out on their own. There was also less competition from other apparel brands in the market. Personally this has been an increasingly tough retail landscape for apparel.”
